Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Liaison to join our team at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy. In this role, you will provide critical support to our physicians and patients, ensuring seamless communication and access to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between patients and physicians, facilitating effective communication and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist patients in navigating our healthcare system, providing guidance and support to ensure they receive the care they need.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure accurate and efficient communication.
  • Refer patients to relevant resources and services, promoting optimal health outcomes.
  • Provide follow-up support through phone and electronic communication, ensuring patient satisfaction and well-being.
Requirements
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of specialty practice workflows, patient-related policies, and hospital computer systems.
