Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Compounder to join our team at Medline Industries. As a Compounder, you will be responsible for mixing saline product, operating production lines, checking quality, and driving a fork truck/handles material. This is a multi-functional role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Core Job Responsibilities:

* Blend saline for production batches
* Perform machine operation for automated saline syringe line
* Complete batch records with the use of GMPs
* Meet production schedule and performance metrics
* Sanitize production tanks and lines for manufacturing of a medical device
* Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment

Requirements:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Read, write, and understand the English language
* Basic math skills including fractional / decimal equations
* Must be able to stand for an entire shift
* Must have the ability to lift, reach, squat, push, and pull
* Requires lifting of objects up to 50 lbs
* Willing to work in warm and cold environments
* Technical aptitude is a plus

Preferred Work Experience: 1+ year of previous compounding/mixing/blending of batches
