About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Physician to lead our Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology department at Hartland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing the specialist clinic, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and driving strategic growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the specialist clinic and develop a vision for its future growth and success

Your Ideal Profile
  • Hold a specialist title in Internal Medicine and additional qualification in Gastroenterology
  • Have several years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar field
  • Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Be a team player with a patient-centric approach to healthcare
