Compounder

As a Compounder at Medline Industries, you will be responsible for performing all tasks necessary to keep product available for the production lines. This multi-functional role involves mixing saline product, operating the line, checking quality, driving a fork truck/handles material, and ensuring documentation and compliance.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Blend saline for production batches to meet quality and production standards.
- Operate the automated saline syringe line to ensure efficient production.
- Complete batch records using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Meet production schedule and performance metrics to drive business results.
- Sanitize production tanks and lines to maintain a clean and safe environment for medical device manufacturing.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Read, write, and understand the English language
- Basic math skills, including fractional and decimal equations
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to lift, reach, squat, push, and pull
- Lifting of objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in warm and cold environments
- Technical aptitude is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of previous compounding/mixing/blending of batches
