Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler/Inventory Control professional to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. As a Material Handler/Inventory Control, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation, transportation, and setup of materials and supplies to all work centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow production schedules and work orders to prepare, transport, and set up materials and supplies.
  • Maintain support equipment related to injection molding machines, including dryers, loaders, hoppers, mixer, color feeders, and grinders.
  • Monitor equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure continued production of quality parts.
  • Ensure excellent documentation and record-keeping of all inventory transactions.
  • Use IQMS Mobile Scanning Device to track materials transferred to/from staging, storage, and manufacturing areas.
  • Verify correct material labeling and storage procedures.
  • Perform material and color changeovers to ensure proper levels of color concentrates, additives, and regrind.
  • Operate and clean material blenders, dryers, and grinders.
Requirements
  • Ability to operate manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, hand cart, pallet wrapper, drive sit-down forklift, and propane forklift.
  • Regular lifting of heavy loads up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to read and write English and good basic math skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn ERP system.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
