Company Overview: Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a talented Brand Designer with over 5 years of experience to engage in a long-term contract. This role demands a portfolio that reflects both B2B and B2C expertise, with projects encompassing a variety of creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine the designer's individual workflow and the overarching design process, from initial concept through to final production.
  • Enhance existing designs and produce materials for sales presentations, marketing assets, logos, websites, icons, animations, emails, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to create a unified brand narrative.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and provide consistent design guidance across media.
  • Facilitate and contribute to brand and campaign ideation sessions.
  • Work in partnership with the team to develop innovative design and branding solutions.
  • Present new design concepts and articulate the strategic rationale behind campaign designs.
  • Engage in data-informed discussions with marketing to derive insights and identify design enhancement opportunities.
  • Lead design discussions during creative briefings, advocating for optimal design outcomes and adjusting project scopes as necessary.
  • Regularly update and maintain the brand guidelines with new insights and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing for both B2B and B2C brands.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work.
  • Exceptional understanding of proportions, negative space, UI design, and hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to execute creative briefs and deliver design projects from conception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and branding channels and effective design strategies for each.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively discuss project timelines, challenges, and scope with stakeholders.
