Role Responsibilities:

The Visual Production Supervisor will manage various aspects of experiential and event production, which includes:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across Visual Presentation, Brand Creative, and Marketing.
  • Ensuring effective production management in terms of time, cost, and communication, while upholding quality standards.
  • Handling multiple projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Overseeing a variety of project types, including in-store displays and decorative elements, while managing timelines and vendor compliance.
  • Administering project financials, including purchasing and billing, while addressing budget risks promptly.
  • Maintaining an updated vendor database and managing department budgets related to visual creative services.
  • Coordinating project delivery and implementation with relevant teams.
  • Supporting new store openings with necessary supplies and launch kits.

Management Duties:

  • Supervising the Visual Creative Service Coordinator and managing vendor needs across multiple brands.
  • Establishing a Project Request Process for cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.
  • Leading project management efforts to keep all teams informed and engaged, ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Collaborating with Store Communication to ensure all project details are effectively communicated.
  • Encouraging innovation and problem-solving within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings to address challenges and set future goals.
  • Facilitating daily team huddles to communicate priorities and provide updates.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within retail or a related field.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in business or a related field, along with proficiency in relevant software applications.
