Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team at Ellas Bubbles Llc. As an Office Admin, you will be responsible for processing online purchase orders and service work orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process online purchase orders, verifying customer information and order details
  • Call customers to quality control their orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Generate bills of lading for the warehouse crew and match invoices to POs
  • Process walk-in tub orders, finding shipping carriers and generating bills of lading
  • Send service work orders to the service crew and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Log sales data into Quickbooks and Excel, maintaining accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent phone skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel and Quickbooks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
