About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build trust relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, meeting sales goals and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  • Knowledge of paint and paint-related products
