About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to contribute to the success of our culinary team at the American Airlines Admirals Club lounge in LAX airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a focus on maintaining a clean and healthy kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
