Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Insurance Sales and Service Specialist to join our team in Parramatta. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales and administration responsibilities
- Handling high volume of online/offline enquiries via phone and emails
- Identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients
- Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience across the insurance industry, or at a financial services organisation
- Sound understanding of Commercial Insurance across multiple lines, ideally in Professional Indemnity, Cyber and Business Insurance policies
- Tier 1 Compliance qualified
- Residential Strata Insurance experience preferred
- Interested in dealing with clients and customers and offering outstanding service
- Managing your workflow and proven success with prioritising work
- A team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environment
- An all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast paced position
- Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
