Where You Can Shine
Represent PeopleReady in assigned territory, accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer staffing needs. Engage with local branch teams to ensure that our customers' orders are filled with the talent they need. Assist local Branch Managers with penetration and retention selling for existing customers. Closes orders and ensure proper documentation is complete. Ensures sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development. Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability. Maintain the customer relationship throughout the sales process and during service delivery. Build and utilize sales funnels along with tracking to help with reporting. Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, where you will be the single point of contact. Maintain a high level of visibility and communication with the customer to help ensure we're providing exceptional customer service. Forecast business on a rolling six-month cycle and manage the GAP between forecast and target. Embrace the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) as a selling methodology. What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for an individual who has 3+ years related sales experience; a Bachelor's, associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. You will have managed a sales portfolio of at least $2.5M per annum. Sales experience in one or more blue-collar vertical markets is also required. Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations is necessary. Additionally, you must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages is also required. A valid driver's license is necessary for extensive local travel within your territory. Self-motivated individuals with the ability to deliver on stretch targets are encouraged to apply. You must be able to identify and deliver on key business priorities. Process-driven individuals with a systematic approach to improving sales are highly sought after. Strong execution with a level of ownership and accountability is essential. Inspiring trust and confidence through sound judgment and leadership is also necessary. Collaborative styles that encourage participation and inspire high performance are encouraged. Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion are required. Bilingual language skills are a plus. Individuals who can work autonomously are preferred. Proficiency in using MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint is also necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $50,000.00 and $65,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms. Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law. Our competitive benefits package includes 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday, and up to 20 days of Paid Time Off per year.
