  5. Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities to restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Collaborate with the General Manager to make informed decisions on staffing, scheduling, and talent development.

Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant environment or a guest service industry in a supervisory or management role.
  2. High school graduate or equivalent industry-related experience.
  3. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  4. Ability to stand and walk for approximately 95-100% of shift, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
