Job Description

The Customer Service Coordinator II position at Aramark is a key role in providing exceptional service to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving issues, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Facilitate and resolve discrepancies and customer complaints
  • Audit company service programs to ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of work experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
  • MS Office experience with proficiency in Excel required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
