We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as an Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Work closely with patients and their families to provide emotional support and education
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in intensive care, critical care, or medical surgical settings
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
