Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering nephrology care through hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and apheresis.

About the Role
  • Deliver dialysis care to patients in a hospital setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis-related topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
