About the Role- Provide dialysis care to patients in a hospital setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Dialysis experience is required, with a strong understanding of nephrology care and treatment modalities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
