Key Responsibilities –

1. Oversee the compilation and evaluation of software releases.

2. Manage the timeline and deployment of software updates.

3. Facilitate communication and provide necessary documentation related to releases.

4. Ensure that all critical milestones are achieved and manage the approval process for releases.

5. Supervise the execution of the release process.

6. Conduct reviews following implementation to assess outcomes.

7. Maintain quality assurance checks on releases and document any incidents that may lead to support issues.

Qualifications –

1. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication abilities.

2. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

3. Hands-on experience with TPF systems is essential.

4. Proficient in Schedule Management practices.

5. Capable of providing a thorough evaluation of the current status of project releases.

6. Familiarity with ITIL release management, service management, and/or project management principles.

7. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage work pressures effectively to ensure successful release delivery.

8. Experience collaborating across various business sectors, demonstrating a strong customer focus and corporate awareness.

9. Experience with Service Now is highly desirable.

10. Involvement in the design and execution of policies, processes, and procedures.

11. Proven ability to communicate effectively across departments at all levels, including senior management.
