Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive housing dashboard, leveraging data from multiple sources to inform decision-making and drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the development and refinement of the housing dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective data visualization strategies, prioritizing features and visualizations that meet stakeholder needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
- Provide guidance on user experience (UX) design, data visualization best practices, and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to iterate on design and functionality, ensuring the usability and effectiveness of the dashboard.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, the team, and the board, providing regular updates and soliciting feedback.
- Define and track measures of success, driving continuous improvement of the dashboard and its impact on homelessness reduction.
- Design and execute a go-to-market strategy, leveraging engagement experiences to socialize the dashboard and its benefits.
- Experience in data science and data visualization, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Experience with cloud software and data management systems, with a strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
- Education or experience in public administration, business, policy, economics, research, or other relevant fields.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
