Job Description

We're seeking an entrepreneurial product manager to join our team, driving the development of our customer intelligence platform and shaping the future of B2B customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  • Influence product line strategy and roadmap, incorporating customer insights, technical innovation, and market trends.
  • Lead customer relationships, conduct research, and distill analyses to inform product strategy.
  • Curate product definition, communicate requirements, and drive decision-making on nuanced product tradeoffs.
  • Coach and mentor teammates, defining product processes to improve Product Craft in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of creating new products from 0-1.
  • Passion for defining strategy, processes, and metrics to create a product from 0-1.
  • Ability to articulate strategy with a leadership team and get into the details of a product spec.
  • Experience showcasing an eye for design, building beautiful, simple user experiences in collaboration with designers.
  • Scrapiness, inventiveness, creativity, and originality, with a willingness to test strategies and pivot when necessary.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at startup speed.
  • Excellent communication skills, for both internal and external audiences.
