The Senior Program Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the contract. This role has the authority to manage all aspects of contract operations and must be available during standard business hours.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates contract transitions to maintain service continuity and support personnel onboarding.
  • Manages the planning, execution, and assessment of complex programs/projects with interrelated activities.
  • Oversees financial, operational, and human resource management of the program, seeking external funding sources as necessary.
  • Delivers management, guidance, and leadership to ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Ensures compliance with Service Contract Reporting regulations.
  • Leads project initiation meetings to address technical and management concerns.
  • Administers the Program Management Plan to govern staffing, timelines, and operational procedures.
  • Prepares and delivers Monthly Status Reports to communicate contract performance.
  • Participates in meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates and coordinate priorities.
  • Manages contract personnel and monitors service delivery performance.
  • Oversees travel requests and ensures compliance with guidelines.
  • Facilitates knowledge transfer during contract transitions.
  • Provides administrative support for all Program Management functions.
  • Assists in the development of reports and project documentation.
  • Supports communication and operational tools for project management.
  • Coordinates Video Teleconferences related to project tasks.
  • Conducts daily security checks and maintains compliance documentation.
  • Provides technical guidance and support for cybersecurity requirements.
  • Ensures delivery of quality services in accordance with established standards.
  • Promotes continuous improvement processes and addresses customer feedback.
