About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Lynx Therapeutics.

Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service, respond to phone calls, and manage incoming mail and deliveries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and acknowledge each visitor as soon as they arrive
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Accurately process sales
  • Issue refunds and credits
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Maintain a neat, tidy, and orderly work area

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • Experience dealing with money
  • Knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferable
