Job SummaryCER-MET INC is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee and manage administrative duties and office procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all administrative duties, scheduling meetings, paying invoices, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment. They will also be responsible for preparing payroll, reviewing vendor invoices, producing accurate invoices to customers, organizing and filing documents, and maintaining safety training records.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees or prepares payroll for assigned pay groups
  • Reviews vendor invoices for accuracy and matches to purchase order
  • Produces complete and accurate invoices to customers
  • Organizes and files documents
  • Maintains safety training records
