Function effectively in a fast-paced environment while successfully managing extreme time constraints and meeting established deadlines. Support Escrow Operations in all aspects of title curative matters related to complex commercial high liability transactions. Engage directly with clients, including real estate agents, builders, attorneys, surveyors, buyers, sellers, and lenders. Cultivate, develop, and sustain professional and collaborative relationships with Underwriting. Recognize the risks associated with transactions when recommending approvals to Underwriting. Propose solutions to complex title risks. Understand and interpret intricate federal and state regulations applicable to the title insurance industry and effectively communicate these to real estate agents, lenders, and builders. Collaborate and strategize with management, Escrow, Sales, and marketing teams to develop and maintain a portfolio of real estate business, focusing primarily on Commercial and High Liability clientele.Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Exhibit excellent professional written, verbal, listening, and communication skills. Be a personable, positive, and professional representative of the organization. Foster, develop, and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Ability to interact positively with peers, employees, supervisors, external customers, and vendors. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Capacity to perform under pressure and adapt to disruptions throughout the workday. Local/daily travel by automobile and potential overnight business travel may be required.This position primarily involves sedentary work, including sitting, standing, twisting, walking, and occasional lifting or moving of objects.
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $85,000 - $130,000 annually, based on various factors such as education, training, experience, seniority, merit, work performance, and regional compensation differences.
