Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 30 semester units in building inspection technology, engineering, architecture, or related field
  • 2 years of experience as a Plans Examiner I with the City of West Sacramento, or 3 years of full-time architectural, design, drafting, and inspection experience
  • Valid California driver's license and ability to obtain ICC certification as a Residential and Commercial Plans Examiner
