Administrative Assistant to the President

The Administrative Assistant to the President position is a critical role that provides administrative support to the President of Northwest Florida Professional Baseball, LLC. This position is responsible for managing the President's day-to-day calendar, screening incoming phone calls and correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks.
- Screen incoming phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, and maintain files and records.
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with the highest degree of integrity.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to research and resolve issues independently with moderate supervision.
- Able to multi-task, possess a high level of attention to detail, and maintain a high level of organization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Personal mode of transportation required.
A four-year degree in a business-related field is preferred, or two years' experience and/or training required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:The physical demands of this position include the ability to walk and stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and use standard kitchen and office equipment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time, regular, nonexempt position, with typical days and hours of work being Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, but hours could vary to include nights and weekends, some holidays, company events, and other business needs.
