In this dynamic and growing community health organization, we seek a skilled Mental Health Therapist II or III to join our team. As a key member of the Behavioral Health Program in Vancouver, WA, you will provide essential services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses.

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978. We are committed to delivering quality, comprehensive healthcare services to diverse communities, particularly those specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State.

Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Therapist II or III, your duties will include:
* Providing individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning
* Developing treatment plans based on accurate diagnoses of mental health issues
* Referring clients to medication providers, primary care physicians, and other community agencies for coordinated care
* Collaborating with medical providers to establish a whole-person approach to care, known as a 'health home' model

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
* A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework in psychological diagnostics
* Relevant experience in the field, with up to three years' experience required for the MHT II position and four or more years' experience for the MHT III position
* Meet criteria for a Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation
* Hold and maintain an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License or mental health Associate License
