Job Summary

As a Mental Health Professional Specialist with Sea Mar Community Health Centers, you will be responsible for conducting crisis outreach services throughout Clark County. This is a critical role that involves assessing individuals in a behavioral health crisis and determining the best course of action. Your expertise will help individuals navigate the mental health system and access necessary resources.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and assessment skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A Master's degree in social or behavioral science, registered nursing credentials, or equivalent experience are required. You must also meet the criteria for a Mental Health Professional (MHP) in Washington State. We offer a competitive salary of $42 per hour and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, and EAP.
