About the Role

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Peer Counselor to join our Behavioral Health Program in Vancouver, WA. As a key member of our team, you will provide behavioral health crisis intervention services to individuals referred through the Southwest Washington Crisis line, 911, or CRESA.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of mental health recovery principles. You will work collaboratively with our Mental Health Professionals and Crisis Intervention Specialists to deliver high-quality services, including outreach, referral, and follow-up support.
