Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree specializing in counseling or social work and will be responsible for providing evidence-based therapies to address the needs of clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop Individual Service Plans (ISPs) that identify areas of clinical intervention and/or need.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to address identified treatment and recovery goals, using evidence-based modalities.
  • Participate in case consultation and collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assess client status and determine ongoing medical necessity for treatment, while also identifying potential risks and responding appropriately.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field and be licensed to practice in the state of Oregon/Washington. Benefits
