Salary and Benefits
As a Global Enterprise Sales Leader for DataBee Security Solutions, you can expect a competitive salary, with a national pay range of $129,562.53 USD-$303,662.19 USD and a targeted commission of $225,000.00. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Job Description
As a Global Enterprise Sales Leader for DataBee Security Solutions, you will lead the design and construction of a sales team that goes from zero to one, launching the world's first enterprise-ready data fabric for security, risk, and compliance. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business, both individually and through your team, with the goal of securing up to $20M globally in 2025 sales and securing 20-25 accounts by the end of FY25. You will coach and mentor a world-class team of exceptional sales professionals, strategize Go-To-Market approaches, and contribute heavily to discussions on pricing, pitching, marketing strategy, and more. You will become a trusted advisor to prospect accounts and existing customers, showcasing expertise and empathy, and link Comcast's leading technology to solid business cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience leading sales teams across a substantial region of the world.
- Experience working with SaaS security enterprise technology.
- Handling a similar-sized account batch, understanding complex sales cycles.
- Affinity for software, ideally with a knack for IT security.
- Net new logo accomplishments and value selling experience.
- Passionate focus on Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Progression; including thoughtful planning and preparation.
- Desire to be coached and a structured approach to work with a proven sales process.
- Ability to use internal resources, partners, and team members to be successful.
- An 'in the field' mentality leading you to meet customers & prospects face to face wherever possible.
