As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering cloud-native technology solutions that enable our engineers to develop, test, deploy, observe, and manage their products and services in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of cloud-native technology solutions, including CI/CD tools and processes, devops tools, and monitoring and alerting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the team's strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Provide hands-on mentoring and development of staff through direct engagement in the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions.
  • Establish insights into the experience of our customers, providing advanced notifications with data to quickly resolve issues.
  • Deliver a single pane of glass to provide insights into the health of the site and into our customers' experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related discipline required (Master's Degree preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in software architecture, design, and development of cloud-native technology and services.
  • Strong experience with monitoring and alerting of infrastructure and applications.
  • Hands-on knowledge and domain expertise in Observability, with explicit experience with Grafana and AWS observability technologies.
