Job Overview

MMI Holdings, LLC is currently looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of a Medical Equipment Service Specialist. This full-time position involves the delivery, collection, and servicing of durable home medical equipment in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and execute the delivery and retrieval of medical equipment at patients' residences, healthcare facilities, or other necessary environments.
  • Conduct on-site repairs of malfunctioning equipment as required.
  • Refurbish and maintain equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Keep service center equipment in a patient-ready condition at all times.
  • Coordinate and perform weekly inventory checks, notifying the corporate service coordinator of any inventory needs.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of service vehicles.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Intermediate understanding of electronics and mechanical systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and a willingness to engage with patients in their homes.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with patients.
  • Ability to learn about equipment and provide instruction to patients.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 80 pounds.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and paperwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
