Job Overview

MMI Holdings, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of a Medical Equipment Service Specialist. This full-time position focuses on the delivery, collection, and maintenance of durable home medical equipment in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and execute the delivery and retrieval of medical devices at patients' residences, healthcare facilities, or other clinical environments as required.
  • Conduct on-site repairs of malfunctioning equipment as necessary.
  • Refurbish and restore worn-out equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Maintain service center equipment in a patient-ready condition at all times.
  • Coordinate weekly inventory assessments and communicate inventory needs to the corporate service coordinator.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of service vehicles.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate understanding of electronics and mechanical systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to engage with patients in their homes.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with patients.
  • Ability to learn about equipment and provide instruction to patients.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 80 pounds.
  • Attention to detail in paperwork and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
