Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses, working as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and consulting, to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
  • Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations, promoting our values and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences.
  • Major in Accounting.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally and nationally, with reliable modes of transportation.
  • 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
  • A minimum 3.5 GPA is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
