About the Role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Transactions & Integrations team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end transaction excellence, including strategic decision making in mergers and acquisitions, preparing and executing divestitures and joint ventures, supporting IPOs and spinoffs, and creating winning strategies for post-merger integration.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to business development and proposal efforts, providing content expertise and supporting the development of commercial outreach programs.
  • Assist clients in executing their Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out efforts, acting as project manager and ensuring the quality of work and relevance of synthesis and recommendations.
  • Build BCG's Transactions and Integrations practice by contributing to internal methodology and tools, leading topic development, and preparing and presenting BCG T&I experience and capabilities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years of consulting experience preferred.
  • Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop high level of credibility with senior clients.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
