As a Transaction Advisory Director, you'll be a trusted partner to our clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored solutions that drive their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements to successfully plan and complete complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and carve-outs.
  • Leverage your financial expertise and project management skills to support clients in navigating financial accounting and reporting considerations related to transactions.
  • Collaborate across Accounting Advisory functions to provide seamless support during off-market periods.
  • Actively participate in business development opportunities and market a range of services to prospective clients.
  • Mentor team members by coaching, providing feedback, and helping project teams resolve complex issues.
  • Identify key industry developments and trends and articulate their impact on clients.
  • Play an active role in attracting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talent.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in professional services, including public accounting, advisory firms, or management consulting.
  • Expertise in transactions, with a focus on divestitures and carve-outs.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.
  • CPA or CA certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
