Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Transaction Advisory Consulting Services practice. As an Associate, you will work closely with our team to provide financial due diligence of middle-market US and international businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Perform financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring businesses
- Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements
- Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis
- Interact with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and other consulting practices
- Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations
- Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences
- Accounting major
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally and nationally
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $72,160 - $86,100
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
