About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Transaction Advisory Services team as a Consulting Associate. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide financial due diligence services for middle-market US and international businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses, including analyzing financial statements and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather information and build relationships with top-level management.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and consulting, to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
  • Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
