As a member of our Americas HR Team, you will have the opportunity to provide HR support to our Chestnut Run Plaza and Experimental Station, and lead and deliver HR programs & processes to employees and leadership teams. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the Americas HR Team, our Centers of Expertise, and our Business HR teams to help shape the overall work experience of our employees and leaders. You will promote a work environment focused on exceptional opportunities, experiences, and helping each employee to create a connection to our purpose. Your key responsibilities will include communicating, implementing, and supporting the delivery of HR programs for the site in alignment with the overall HR strategy and HR delivery model. You will also provide overall Human Resources support to the site, collaborate with our HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners, and interpret and administer site policies. Additionally, you will prepare reports, collect data, develop summaries, and report status of any on-going legal matters, lead workplace investigations as needed, and lead initiatives to build individual and organizational talent capability for the site and businesses. You will also advise and counsel supervisory staff on effective employment practices to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and advise and counsel regional, global, and executive leaders on effective organization changes, employment practices, and proactive people strategy as needed. You will collaborate as appropriate within the HR team regarding improvement ideas and process simplifications, and collaborate with leaders and Global HR Business Partners to advance a culture centered on feedback, partnership, transparent communications, and a positive employee experience. You will also be a resource for coaching to all employees and leaders in the organization with a focus on improving overall performance, and ensure compliance to company, government and/or local requirements and policies.
