We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Field Service Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles County. As a technical operations specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment at customer sites.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers across Los Angeles County
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
- Collaborate with regional work teams to improve processes and identify training gaps
- Perform administrative duties within established regulatory requirements and timeframes
- Utilize tools and resources to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years' in electromechanical industries
- Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; CBET/BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
- Knowledge of all necessary tools and test equipment
