Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers across Los Angeles County
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment using electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
  • Collaborate with regional work teams to improve processes and identify training gaps
  • Perform administrative duties within established regulatory requirements and timeframes
  • Utilize tools and resources to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years' in electromechanical industries
  • Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; CBET/BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
  • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
  • Knowledge of all necessary tools and test equipment
