Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Nutritional Support Specialist to become part of our dedicated team. This role includes a structured weekly schedule with one weekend shift required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist culinary staff with food preparation tasks as assigned.
  • Manage dishwashing duties and schedules to ensure smooth dining service operations.
  • Uphold high standards for dining services, including timely meal delivery, exceptional customer service, and cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas.
  • Ensure meals are served to residents within the designated time frames.
  • Report any issues or concerns related to food service and communicate them effectively.
  • Monitor changes in resident preferences and needs, and relay information as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety and administrative regulations, including local and state guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:
The preferred candidate will possess:

  • One to two years of experience in a similar role.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and care to senior residents.
  • A commitment to being a reliable and responsible team member.
