Job Summary
Partners Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our Internal Medicine team as a Full Time, 40-hour employee. As an LPN on our team, you will work closely with physicians, APPs, and other clinical staff to enhance patient care services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working in a dynamic and collaborative team setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for phone triage, rooming, assisting with direct patient care, patient education, and care coordination. A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* Formal medical education and training leading to LPN
* MA License as an LPN required
* Previous experience in a community-based medical practice preferred
* Computer experience required
