As a key member of the EMERGEORTHO, P.A. team, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center and patient access functions. This includes managing and maintaining all software and websites vital to the performance of these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and maintain call schedules with implementation in the call schedule system.
- Collaborate with hospital leaders to assign providers on the ED call Manager, Call Center, Patient Access, and Technology teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center and patient access efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Technology team to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and providers.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center management, patient access, and technology. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
