We are seeking a highly experienced Director - Experiential to join our team at Creative Artists Agency (CAA).
Job Summary:This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive event strategies to drive business growth, overseeing event production, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement event strategies to drive business growth
- Oversee event production and ensure quality control
- Maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver breakthrough ideas
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in sports & entertainment partnership/event marketing
- Agency experience required
- Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
- Travel Required including on weekends and holidays when necessary
- A competitive salary range of $102,000-$145,000 per year
