Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at WinShape Foundation. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all who interact with our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to guest inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Registration Management: Approve guest registrations, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication Coordination: Coordinate the sending of pre-event and post-event communication for all WinShape Marriage events.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as necessary, including managing the waiting list for all WinShape Marriage events.
  • Reporting and Troubleshooting: Pull reports, troubleshoot concerns, and perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader, Customer Experience Marriage.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone, email, correspondence, and face-to-face communication. Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Travel: Ability to travel between Rome, Georgia, and Atlanta, Georgia, regularly.
  • Personal Qualifications: Agrees with the WinShape Foundation Statement of Beliefs, is a self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community, and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
