Job Summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for scheduling onsite service for our customers, creating and processing customer orders for parts and service using our ERP software, Microsoft Navision. You will also ensure timely invoicing of service-related orders, coordinate the shipment of parts to and from customer locations, and provide timely quotations to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Scheduling: Schedule and dispatch service technicians as needed to meet customer requirements and manage technician utilization; maintain updated information in the electronic service schedule and Navision.
  • Service Administration: Create service orders, review time sheets and expense reports, and enter pertinent information into Navision to close service orders in a timely manner.
  • Quotations: Provide timely quotations to internal and external customers and identify the appropriate parts for service visits, service contracts, inspection visits, and on-site training.
  • Parts Order Entry: Provide timely order fulfillment and maintain regular communication with customers on order delivery dates.
  • Materials Management: Plan and coordinate material deliveries and inventory control for the Region.
  • Data Integrity: Create and maintain customer, contact, and machine data in CRM system on a regular basis to ensure data integrity is maintained.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team as well as Aerzen channel partners to maximize aftersales growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of related customer support experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce. Navision and Business Central is a plus.
