  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that the dining room is well-stocked and maintained, reporting any issues or shortages to management.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Think critically and make responsible decisions to resolve any issues that may impact the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of three to five years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food and beverage, with the ability to articulate menu selections and make informed recommendations.
