Clinical Education Manager

The Program Manager, Clinical Education will be responsible for the clinical training and compliance for their assigned region. This role will work closely with the Director of Practice Health and Safety to complete Clinical quality and compliance projects, as well as track outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of healthcare functions, including clinical functions, practice safety processes, reimbursement practices, and quality improvement initiatives. They will also possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and integrity, a driven and focused work ethic, and excellent critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include working with Center Managers and Operations Directors to create orientation and training schedules for RN/MA, traveling to centers to assist with clinical orientation, guiding new clinical colleagues through training and mentoring, and participating in RN and MA training development.
The Program Manager, Clinical Education will also participate in the creation of annual clinical competency, including creating content and completing training, and act as a corporate BLS trainer, monitoring staff licensure and completing training as needed.
Additionally, this role will collaborate with Providers and Center Manager to identify opportunities to improve clinical performance of back-office personnel and functions, develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of performance improvement activities, and maintain current knowledge of state regulations for nursing, medicine, and pharmacy as it relates to scope of practice for back-office personnel.
Requirements include an AA/AS degree in Nursing, a minimum of 5 years' current direct nursing/medical work experience, and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Nursing manager/supervisor or in a similar leadership capacity. Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve is desirable, but not required.
