About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all County owned or leased facilities and property, including complex mechanical systems, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, building, and remodeling. This will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.

A key aspect of this role is critical thinking. You will need to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them in a timely manner. Your ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
